- sgfryeExplorerwe currently have a 37 ft TT not a class a but it would work. in our previous TT i removed the horrible jack knife sofa and bought a thomas payne destination tri fold sofa bed. they are different widths available i believe ours was a 68 inch wide. they are expensive but worth the money. good nights sleep is priceless to me. very comfortable to sleep on, sit on, and lay on to watch tv or read etc. i don't like sleeping cramped in a rv size queen bed with the wife so i prefer the living room. before we bought it, wife and i went to a large camping world and walked thru several high end fifth wheels to "test them out" and found that we liked it. our current TT is a rear living plan and already had the same model couch against the back wall of the TT. i have no problems sleeping on it. the backs do remove easily so its no bad to get thru the doorway. i was able to get the couch out of the shipping box, in doorway and setup in about 20 minutes by myself.
- rgatijnet1Explorer IIIHere is one that folds out in to a queen size bed with a mattress, no seams to bother you. Their specs say that it will fit through a 25" door. It has a standard queen size mattress(not RV size) so normal bedding will fit. They give all of the measurements so you will just have to see if it will fit in your coach when unfolded.

I should add that it is from Wayfair so I think they have FREE shipping. - ScottGNomadWith new furniture, usually the backs come off so getting through a door is manageable.
So far my biggest issue with Thomas Payne stuff is trying to get it to stop orbiting the living room while going down the road. Would have been nice if they had designed some anchors for them. - DutchmenSportExplorerDelete
- HalmfamilyExplorerWe took ours out, had to disassemble it and brought in a nice leather sofa with electric recliners. Most couches the backs come off so it will fit through the door, it will be tight.
