If I read your question correct, with the motor running the air bags will inflate. This will cause the coach to raise up, which will make it higher off the ground. Thus over all height will be higher than gasser. Once you turn things off one of two things will happen air bags will stay up or deflate . I have an older coach my air bags will deflate as soon as I start the jacks to go down. If I do not do the jacks the bags will slowly loose air. For ground to frame height remember dp tires are larger also.
I get really worried any time I deal with grass. Either driving on or parking on. Was at a rally couple years back, was parked on grass. Saw three dp sunk up to axels trying to get out. My jacks with enlarged foot print sunk two inches. You be the judge
