I bought a 2010 Fourwinds Chateau C21 from Camping World, Raleigh, NC two months ago. It had been a rental and had 51,000 miles on it. I got a fabulous price on it, and I bought the extended warranty. They were fabulous about making sure it was like new before I took it off the lot. I went through it with the salesman, made a list, and I picked it up the next week with everything good as new. I just returned from a 700 mile trip to the mountains of NC and 5 days of camping. I had no problems at all. The service records were with the RV showing all scheduled maintenance had been completed. My wife LOVES it, so I am happy also.
