Booner - I picked up a 23A from Federal Heights in July. I sent you a Private Message. I opened both dinette seat compartments to clean. As others mentioned I can confirm that on the 23A, the Fuse Panel, various wiring, seatbelts and anchors and the storage tube for the dinette table is under the seat directly behind the driver.
