Some of you may not know this, but you can purchase an Illinois "Ipass", regardless of where you live. It works in all the places ezpass does and you do not pay a yearly fee. You do pay a deposit which is returned if you return the transponder. You use the same transponder in your toad if desired. Manage online no brainier. Been using it for a year works great. I under stand it will start to work in Florida later this year.
