I have a 1986 Chevy Van owners manual that has a VIN identification section. However I don't know how to attach a scan to this message. Looking at your numbers I can not make out what it is. It should be 17 numbers and letters the last 6 is the production sequence number. N is engine type and make. D is gvwr/brake system. F is assembly plant. C is Line and Chassis type. Hope this helps a little.
