You either have a metal roof or a Rubber roof. Fiberglass was an option on the hi lines back then. The "rough" figure to do a roof(rubber) is anywhere from $100 to $200 per foot. That includes redecking the roof wood and installing new rubber. Your AC units are probably Coleman(RVP on a 1995) and they are bolted from the TOP and if they have never been checked or gaskets replaced, then they are probably the source of the leak. The leak, if a long time, will probably require a new roof as the wood decking is probably rotted. You can tell by walking on the roof and if any areas you sink down, the roof is rotted. The cost to replace the inside fabric ceiling panels will be 4 hours labor per 4 x 8 foot panel plus the material. Doug
