Just make sure the roof is sealed good, and it has new tires ??. Tires will cost you $3000! Our michelins only have 25,500 miles on them, but they are 10 yrs old. They had plenty of tread but little cracks. We put new tires and battery's on ours, hoping it will help sell. My husband is having a lot of health issues, so we regretfully, have to sell.
