I'm guessing major electrical problems well beyond the slides & jacks. They may even show up later but no way to prove that now. The whole coach electrical system has been compromised. Chassis system should be ok (engine, driving systems, etc.).
If Manny, Moe & Mack installed the batteries it seems they would be totally at fault and should repair anything connected to the coach battery system. You may need a lawyer but it should be well worth it. They should cave early.
If they sold you the batteries and you installed them it may become a he-said she-said and you'd probably lose.
They should also be deep cycle batteries, not automotive batteries. Don't know which they sold you, just sayin.
