Only the Ford seats swivel, but lots of folks have retrofitted the Chevy seats to incorporate an easy to install aftermarket swivel base. Also, there are over 15 current 2300 owners who are active on the Forest River Sunseeker forum, and many of them are more than satisfied with the Chevy. Additionally, Brian Clemens from FR is an active forum member and his input, help and trouble shooting has provided immeasurable help for many owners over the years. BTW, the 2300 has a lot of storage for a 25' rig including a good sized pass through storage area in the rear. And yes, spare tire and changing equipment is included and you can opt for heated tanks.
