welcome, dean
you've captured the nature of this C forum's way of discussing the physical form of the rig. what is just as important is when, where, how, and with whom you will use it. heated tanks, home (covered) storage, uneven SP sites, mostly inside, one person rises hours before the other, bring children or later grand-children.
since the price of the LTV did not put you off too much, and if you want a lush-quality well engineered rig to be proud to own for years to come, you may have a great choice w/ a unity. if mostly you and wife are rving, these B+ rigs really deliver. if a joiner, they also have user group and annual rallies of owners possibly w/ similar interests.

I agree with Burlmart on this subject. I also share most of your views on selecting a mid size C class. I think with the LTV Unity especially the TB I like and am considering, you have excellent cabinetry and overall fit and finish. Storage space is adequate and the length allows you to negotiate normal parking lots and get into rv parks which often cannot even manage a 28 to 30 footer. I had a 28ft Winnebago Aspect and the extra few feet caused problems for us. As Burlmart notes, quality is a big factor. There are others like the THor Axis based on A chassis but C size but quality isn't great.
It depends on your budget. For me, I am leaning towards the Unity TB but then again in the US you have more choices than we do in Canada and our dollar has tanked lately. Good luck and happy rving and keep us posted on your choice etc.

PS Moving from a 28ft Winnebago to my current PleasureWay Plateau TS was an exercise in maximum space utilization but we have managed with a 34cuft Gearspace 34 on the hitch.
that mid bath is sweet as it separates rooms and you can close bedroom lf one of you rises early. you are shorting your galley/LR space w/ the fixed beds - think about how much time during day might those beds be used to read or relax vs using LR.
just for starters...
