You forget---Draw has NOTHING to do with it. It depends on how often and how LONG the refer runs. Below is the spec for the 1200. Doug

Do a DRY run. Make sure everything else is turned off. I think it will make it. IF the flame blew out, it will restart by itself.

No help here, left ours on for 3 weeks in dry storage, but we have 340 w of solar panels on the roof and returned to find the batteries at 100% - southern CA can be sunny :)

If you have auto start on your generator it will start when the batteries are low and will charge them back up.

Don't run your batteries down! Empty the fridge, shut it off and leave the fridge door or doors open.

Need more info. Why would you put it in storage for a 10 day trip? Do you full time and need someplace to put it? I it were me I would use this as an opportunity to defrost my fridge and clean out. Personally I wouldn't feel good about running the LP for 10 days unattended. Your flame could blow out spoiling your food, fire, batteries dead, etc. There are way too many things to go wrong just leaving it like that. Empty it out, open it up and shut it off. No worries.

I left a class c in storage with a running 7cf Dometic and 2 group 24 batteries for 2 weeks several years ago with no problem. However I was close on the propane as I only started with half a tank. With everything else turned off I was only providing current to the board and spark ignition. The OP's reefer with cooling fans is a different story. Parked in the shade with the fans turned off might help. Good luck!

If an RV in storage is dry camping, I guess that's as good a guess as any. It couldn't reasonably mean 'dry' of food.

Normally a refer will last 3 to 5 days. BUT, you have a 1200 and the 1200 has 2- 12 volt cooling fans on the backside and those fans will probably draw your batteries down within 3 or 4 days. Doug
