My problem turned out to be a factory issue. He made an emergency fix, got me in touch with a factory authorized center. He was extremely fair on the cost for a Sunday call, then he called me once and came back to my campsite twice to make sure I was getting the help I needed. How many people do you know that will do all that for a first time customer?
