I did a recent upgrade to our MH that got rid of gas range. Here is a picture.
With those induction burners how do you brew a cup of coffee early mornings when outside of generator hours??
(I guess a large inverter with at least four coach batteries would handle it.)
I use a MR Coffee drip coffee maker off a 1000 watt inverter. - pnicholsExplorer II

Just finished doing this with a 2 burner Atwood and also replacing the 2 bowl sink with this smaller bar sink. - svtkevExplorer
heres mine , no oven , triple burner cooktop , cabinet is custom i figured since i have a convection oven/microwave the drawer space would be more beneficial - ron_dittmerExplorer IIIYou are welcome Terry. Just to be clear, we always had just the cook top. I reconfigured the drawers to utilize the cabinet better. Originally we had 5 small drawers and a pull-out cutting board. I gutted all that and built 3 massive sized drawers that utilized the space in between the smaller drawers, and also utilized dead space to the back wall. Square inch of drawer space went from 837 sq. in. to 1557 sq. in. It nearly doubled.
ADDING: Here is a picture of a galley exactly like mine originally was. Consider this a "Before" picture. The utensil tray in the upper-left drawer is the same as the one in my top drawer.
Here is mine before I started. Note the drawers-behind-the-cabinet-door thing too. That was inconvenient. - trnflaExplorerRon, great pictures. Thanks, Terry
- ron_dittmerExplorer IIIMy general rule of thumb in life has always been, "More Is Better". Having an oven would be considered more for us but...
My wife would agree with me in that we are managing well without an oven. We do well with the stove top, microwave/convection oven combo, and our outdoor Coleman gas grill. We do like keeping the heat outdoors with our grill. If we used our rig for a season at a time instead of the two to four weeks at a time, we'd probably appreciate an oven much more.
In our rig, having an oven would mean reduced storage efficiency. Given our vacationing style, such efficiency weighs heavy, more than for some people.
Here is our galley without an oven. I did redesign the drawers to maximize storage, soon installing button latches. In the pictures, the stove is hidden under the green Corian inserts. We'd be giving up a lot of storage efficiency to have an oven. Our rig is small so we expected compromising on this one. If we had a typical rig, a real oven would be a nice thing to have.

I get all those items. DW does them in the convection oven. - bukhrnExplorer III
