Replacement of roof on a Class A Motorhome

All depends on how long you plan to keep the coach. An aluminum roof will out last the house under it but isn't completely maintenance free. Rubber roof will require much more care and feeding but should last at least a dozen plus years.

What's causing the replacement? I also have an 06 Hurricane and my roof is in great shape.

Also with an aluminum roof you can have it sprayed with Rhino Liner, the stuff they use to seal pick up beds.
