We just replaced our carpet with Allure planking and a lot of the carpet had to cut with a razor knife. The cabinets were installed on top of the carpet so instead of removing the cabinets and hoping they would re-install back where they were, we just cut the carpet.
I personally would call the carpet guy. The Allure was easy for us to replace but carpet requires special tools that I don't have. So like others said it will be hard to get out in one piece and there are hundreds of staples. Rob
