You'll find the same statement against full-time use in the owners' manual for Newmar's Essex and King Aire, too, not just the gassers.

To find the owner manual/guide for any of the Newmars, go the Newmarcorp.com > Resources > Parts & Support . On the bottom left of this page click on "access ComNet" . Click on Parts & Warranty Reference > Coach Owners' Guide. Choose year and then model.
