Bottom line that I didn't see when I skimmed through this...

Our government has "rules" pertaining to the manufactured home industry.

A great service of the RVIA has been their lobbying efforts to ensure that the rules that apply to manufactured homes are never applied to RV's.

RV stands for Recreational Vehicle after all.
