From my Four Winds owners manual from 10 years ago -

"This recreation vehicle has been designed for short term recreational use and is not intended to be used as a permanent dwelling,,,"

I suspect it's CYA. I wonder when Zep will label their floor wax with something regarding not to use on RV's.
