I'm not surprised by the CYA Lawyer language. Found same statements when looking for our 5th wheel prior to going FT back in 2007


My 5th wheel has an RVIA Label
My 5th wheel MFG. stated it was intended for Full Time use and warranty was not affected (one of the reasons we purchased out HitchHiker)
