It is a Federal (HUD) regulation, and is being clarified at the request of the RVIA. Some Park models were advertised as full time permanent residences. The proposed regulation would affect Park Models, manufactured homes, RV's and probably the "Tiny Houses".

The regulation requires that "not suitable for full time occupancy" statement which is also in my 2016 Thor Sprinter manual.
