Roof leak prudence / paranoia?
When I bought my 1995 Fleetwood Montara last year the seller (2nd owner) said there had been a roof leak near the front vent. She had found an expert mechanic who took care of this. No other details. ...

In general, that roof "doesn't look good".
If it were me, I'd consider one of those complete roof coating treatments that I see advertised, where they remove all vents/antennas/etc., lay on a whole new thick layer of tuff material, and then reinstall/replace everything they removed with new sealing.
Also, all front and rear clearance lights should probably be removed/replaced and reinstalled with new sealing.
