Roof leak prudence / paranoia?
When I bought my 1995 Fleetwood Montara last year the seller (2nd owner) said there had been a roof leak near the front vent. She had found an expert mechanic who took care of this. No other details. ...

I'd suggest cleaning and resealing all the seams, lights and whatever vents and what nots on the roof. I'd also suggest removing that Maxx Air cover and checking and resealing the seam around the vent.
