Save your $ and do it yourself. It is not that difficult to recaulk and maintain roof seams. Last year I installed eternabond on front and rear seams and recaulked tank and roof vent opening. It cost about $100 in material and 1 day.
The rest is just regular inspections and touch up with caulk as needed.
