Since I've been in Florida I have seen 'many' of their trees just come right out of the ground and fall over after a hard rain. That sure doesn't happen up North.
When I am in the South with the MH when a rain storm is predicted, I ALWAYS 'move' my MH to a spot without trees. I have never had a CG manager ever say anything to me when I do.
