Depends on where the trees are growing
In a place that is over watered, most parks public and private
Even regular real recreational parks not just RV parks
City streets etc.

The roots don't go as deep
That's why there are so many fallen blown over trees
Roots are too shallow there is no strength, the soggy wet ground just gives way

For that house picture with the snapped trees
The trees were probably there before the house
And they have strong deep roots
You plant a young tree in your front yard and water the grass every day
That tree will have shallow roots
