Best to just ignore it and hopefully this post will be closed soon. - darsben1ExplorerAs far as I am concerned the bank saved you from a disaster
- ExpyinflightExplorerCostly mistake.

- Tyler0215ExplorerNo recourse. You can go to the bank and plead your case that you changed your mind, but it's doubtful they will reconsider.

When I called to give the dealership finance lady the insurance info I let her know about my insurance dealing and that we had considered doing RVshare. Well, in about 1 hour I received a call from my salesman saying that the finance person at the dealership had told BOA that I was going to "commercially" rent out my RV and BOA quickly withdrew their offer.?
RVshare is a rental business, so you did say you might be doing this to the finance department that did let the lender know, dealerships have a close relation to the banks because they cant make a sell without bank loans so they are not going to hold back any info.
Your best bet was to say nothing, also why let strangers rent your RV, they will just wreck it and abuse it.. - ScottGNomad

None. You need a commercial policy to rent your RV. Renting out an RV is considered to be a business.
X2. - IBcarguyExplorerSomething doesn't sound quite right. What's motivating them to make up false stories? Most dealers will do and say almost anything to get a deal approved, not provide inaccurate information to kill the deal. If this was just a misunderstanding or miscommunication, insist that they contact BOA and tell them that this information was given in error and to restore the deal to the original approval status. If they won't, there's more to this story...
- gboppExplorerWhat exactly was the inaccurate information disclosed by the finance person?
You did tell them you were considering RVshare, correct? That would be a commercial rental. - Except RVshare does look like a rent for profit outfit. No different than a home loan. Terms are different for rentals.
Recourse? Doubtful.
