TPMS, is not a distraction, the one we have - Tire Trakker - does not display pressures unless button is pressed and cycled to each tire. It monitors for pressure drop or temp rise and goes into alarm state if preset parameters are violated. You set the desired operating pressure and the first alarm is at 10% under pressure. Ours sits in front of Nav who can push buttons if so inclined. Haven't bothered, while under way in 1,000 miles or more.
Looking into Mobile Eye, provides warning on closure rate, lane drift and sudden appearance of obstacle - for example a pedestrian. Has other capabilities. Requires professional installation by certified installer.
