at a GRAND per wheel i cant imagine it being too popular :R
seems there MIGHT be a SINGLE distributor (based out of LA/Calif) - the thread / link is a few years old but it also seems some MFG's were offering it as an option (and probably hiding the cost in the financing / sales price)
its a BAND that straps around the wheel & is held together w/ a bolt & nut that prevents the tire from coming off the bead edge...its not gonna prevent a flat or disintegration of a tire thats for sure.
