I guess it all depends on your location, as around here the Samsung is a very popular unit and most if not all appliance repair companies will work on them.
However, for those that want a better fitting unit at a slightly higher price, then you can buy a Fisher Paykel 3dr model RF170ADX4, that is smaller then the Samsung 197 in every dimension It is 16.9 cu. ft. with H=67 1/2" W=31 1/8" D=27 3/8 without handles,27 3/8" with handles D=28¾" Comes in full stainless only, two upper French doors and pull out bottom freezer......identical to the 197.
