I have stayed at the SF RV Resort referred to above. It is nice but is in a very foggy microclimate. It is also quite far away from the downtown area.
If you want to get closer to downtown you might try Marin RV Park. Overall facility is comparable in amenities and cost. Better weather, much closer to shopping and restaurants. You can also get into the city by driving, taking a bus or taking the ferry. It is close to Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais, etc.
