San Francisco Area RV Park
Looking for a RV campground not too far from SF. Wil have a tow, so I don't mind driving.Do not want to spend a lot of money, need a place for a jump off locale.

We've stayed at both SF RV Resort and Marin RV Park. For access to SF tourist stuff we much preferred Marin. 10 minute walk to the ferry landing and using trollies was an adventure in the city. Nice to leave car at rv park, no worries about feeding a meter; or where it was left. The campground staff were very helpful with tourist info and brochures. Wherever you stay you'll have a great visit to a great city. PS - SF RV is, as stated above, a bit further away from the piers.
