The parts are all standard 4" sewer pipe fittings, including the toilet flange that's used as the swivel. The only non-plumbing part in the whole setup is the tether for the clean out cap used to close up the pipe and hold it in place under the coach for transit.
guess that must have been the coachmen dealer in elkhart where I bought my parts, not HR. are you sure that that swivel is a standard toilet flange? I would think that they are only designed to be glued in place, not swiveling.
since I used a longer horizontal pipe I put a tether on the cap and pipe to support the end.
I installed it on my motorhome and replaced the plastic removable exit piece with a piece of plywood that I mounted the L-swivel piece to.

Yes. I'm sure it's a common toilet flange. It even has the toilet hold down bolt slots in it. The application is a bit non-standard of course, since the flange is bolted solid and the pipe is allowed to swivel. In a normal toilet flange installation, the pipe is fixed with flange hub solvent welded in, so the flange can be rotated as needed to accommodate a particular toilet model before screwing it fast. The rotating flange also means the installer doesn't need to be concerned with the bolt alignment when gluing the pieces together, saving time. The elbow is just a standard 4" street elbow.
