Someone has been parked in front of our house for 2 days so we couldn't get the RV out to finish this up and take photos - they finally are gone this morning. Hopefully tonight he can pull it out and glue and finish this up and we'll get photos. He did cut the pipe down to about 3 feet and as I said, the campground we normally go to we need 20' of sewer hose so that's why we need 3 foot of pvc pipe to store it in. We did a test dry fit over the big dip in our neighborhood and up and over the ramps we use to level the motorhome and it cleared it all. So not worried about clearance anymore. He put in a screw in the flange area so that there is slack when you unhook the pipe and drop it down. My husband LOVES this - he can't wait to try it out in a few weeks on July 11. We have boating plans in between so won't be able to try it out until then. We got everything at Lowe's and it was about $65 I believe - I'll have to double check the receipt. That's for the swivel flange, 90 degree elbow, 5' PVC pipe, end pipe and 2 caps (in case we lose one), 4 feet of chain and some bolts and nuts.
