Actually, I would think that your gripe would be with http://www.iotaengineering.com/. They manufactured, marketed, and warrantied the transfer switch in question. More importantly, I think this is actually a maintenance issue. You should not have a problem if you check the torque of the electrical terminals of the Iota transfer switch. They must be at least 45 inch pounds to avoid a condition of over heating. Note that I said inch pounds, not foot pounds. All electrical connections must be properly torqued, and do come loose over time, especially in a moving motorhome!
