I have called IOTA...at first, they disavowed anything because they went through a legal acquisition...Now I am being told to send pictures...And by the way, the screws were torqued properly last summer so this is a new thing...several of the connections on the bus are charred...but one of them is pitch black...and the bus there is loose itself..the wire was torqued properly...I'm just glad this thing failed now rather than on the road and a possible fire occur...My friend's FR Charleston burnt in the middle of the night at a rally...his switch was under the bed and they caught it..
