That is the main thing...that you are safe and the problem is taken care of. After any bankruptcy you can't assume that all customer information is made available to the new company. Navistar may or may not have any sales info that was forwarded to them from the dealers that sold the coach, especially during the tough months leading to the actual bankruptcy.
