Last time I had the problem along with tight access I finally got out the Dremal Tool and 3 metal cutting blades later one one very stubborn nut was cut off.
The next 3 behaved I just picked the worst one to start.
If you can get a 4 1/2" cut off in there cut it off if not maybe a Dremal Tool.
