Shore works ATS in and out on Gen power

Larry Cad - will check at the ATS. I’ve got a green coming out of genset but it’s tied to ground going to ATS. There are two Smaller and white neutral wires from Genset that are tied to heavy gauge white that goes to ATS the green from gen is tied to copper that goes to ATS should I put a jumper between these two at junction box just off gen?

Mrwizard. - any suggestions? Don’t know how to check loose neutrals.
