Neutral issue!
Could be nearly any where!
I would go to the junction box next to the genset(if equipped) looking for bad splice. Could be inside genset. Splip rings not making good contact.
How many hours is on the genset?
Verify my thinking that this is in fact a Generac Guardian 7.5.
