Slide Out Sync

Question

I have a 2007 Winnie Voyage 35L. The front slide is out of sync. It is a Kwikee and has two motors that go through the frame. I found the front direct drive motor. I believe I need to disconnect the motor from the rodthat moves the slide. Removed pin but could not move the rod in or out to disconnect gears. Any ideas? Didn't want to use brute force, yet!

You need to go to manual mode to resolve the issue.  Go to page 3 of the attached document and follow the manual mode to get the motors resyncronized.Lippert Kwikee Slide Manual OperationJim

Finally got back and tried page 3.  Pulled it in until abt 2 in out of line, then put in manual. Front motor ran but nothing moved. Could there be a pin out or something?  The one I can see in the hatch is in. Any ideas?
