Slide won't go in
Just bought a Thor Miramar 34.2 and having issues with the slide....can't get it to go back in. Sure wish we got some kind of manual that trouble shoots this problem! Anyone have a solution?

What kind of slide? Electric, Hydraulic?- What kind of slide? Electric, Hydraulic? Years ago we had a similar problem with HWH slides. If that is what you have I could offer some suggestions.

Your slide sounds like it's misaligned. Not a difficult thing to fix. Disconnect power from the slides, push in manually, align (measure to square) send a slight volt through the system, and hook back up. When the electric is on you can't manually push the slides. One side is out about an inch further than the rest. - Try starting the generator first and have it running while trying to bring in the slide. With it running it will put a large charge into the batteries - up to 60 amps. Have seen this work on low batteries or if the terminals aren't making good connections.
Bill - Do you need to have the key in the ignition, turned to "on"? That's how some work, others the opposite.
- Weak batteries are a possible cause. Call the mfg, get the manual procedure for bringing them in.
- Did you call Thor? That's what your concierge is for.
