We have some of this type of problem in Tennessee, there are idiots in a rush everywhere. However, many of the older(50 and up) folks driving RV learned courtesy when young, many times over a knee. The hills and mountains in middle to east in particular. However, with some of the thickest and heaviest big truck traffic in the nation rolling across on I-40, speeding is not that much of a problem. Those that do insist on faster speed, and cutting in and around traffic don't seem to last long. Lots of then either run off the mountains, get run off the road, or get out of the state before they get killed.
