Slow moving Speeder

Well sometimes the one following isn't smart enough to pass. A Couple of years ago I was out there in wonderful California on 12 going from Rio Vista to Fairfield. Well this is mostly a two lane road with passing lanes or climbing lanes. I picked up a tailgater who was trying to push my toad. So in about a mile we came to one of the climbing lanes so I moved over so he could pass. He moved over and stayed right behind me. Well a couple of miles later there is another climbing lane and I am tired of this guy being behind me. so I move right and let it drop to about 40 ( I had been running 55-60 speed limit 55). This guy does the same thing several other cars pass but he just stayed behind me. Just before you get to Fairfield the road widens to a 4 lane highway. Well this guy finally passes honking his horn and making gestures. Well I thought that was downright friendly so I honked my air horns and waved back at him. But hay it is California.
