Well I would say you would have a good fight in court for the law to prove you were obstructing traffic while speeding.
I do try to pull over if there are 5 or more vehicles behind me. I usually get thankful beeps from the folks as they speed pass while I'm waiting in the turnout, which makes me feel like I did the right thing.
LOL those aren't thank you beeps, those are "what the beep took you so long to beep'n pull over and let us pass."
