Take a look at the Winnebago Vista 32k. Pluses are it has 2 slides, massive shower, 2 Heat Pumps and 50A service (with Onan 5500 genset), and the 32 ft length gets us in most any campground. Minuses are the storage compartments are not massive, but we use the bunks for storage and they are massive storage spaces. We have the V10 with the 5 speed torq shift and get 7 to 8 MPG towing a CRV. We put a separate Dorm sized fridge in the lower bunk to augment the standard sized rv fridge. There are outdoor TV connections in the storage bay if that is your pleasure.
One final piece of advice is to get 2 AC units even in your 30 footer. You won't regret it.
