I guess we are the exceptions. We had Class B Roadtreks for years and loved them. We now have a C and tow a Jeep because we tend to stay a week at a time at the same campground, normally in the National Forests or state or national parks. We don't really use hookups that much. We have found that if we really want to tour around the country and only spend a day or two in any one place, or maybe four or five days in some park, a B worked better for us. Yes, it was less comfortable but also a lot less hassle and mobile.
The C works well for us at this point and we love the Jeep behind the rig, but I bet we are back to the B world in a few years and will B around the country seeing the sights. We also found a 190 Roadtrek to be much more driveable in an urban setting. I guess we have just been lucky, but have never had anyone take our space during the day when we are gone. We leave some stuff outside like chairs and an "Occupied" sign we carry for that purpose. AND, we have never had anyone take anything from our campsite. Like I say, just lucky I guess after doing this for over thirty years.
