I dropped AAA for doing the same thing. Sent out a car guy twice before I angrily asked to speak to a supervisor and gave het the name of the local truck tire place.
Switched to Coachnet when I got home.
You are correct but I dealt with them and have switched to coach net as you did I did not want to start a bashing of my former service post
