Steep grades/roads atlas or directory

I am planning a trip out west from Michigan to Moab Utah. Is there a good directory book or atlas that shows steep grades ? I am going to be traveling U.S. 70 HWY out of Denver. Anybody that has traveled this route I would like to hear about it.
