We have a 2021 fleetwoodbounder 33c is the step suppose to come out when we open the door when everything is off. Our winne and itasca did is there something Im doing wrong? We are still learning about the bounde.

- The step will come out once when you shut off the engine and open the door. It's a safety feature, so you don't step out and fall down.
After that the step will function in what ever fashion that you have the switches set to.
Richard - Should be a switch near the door.
Along with the step, there may also be switches for chassis and house which could be affecting it.
